I go running 2/3 times a week , around 6 miles a time usually running around 7 minute miles

go to the gym 2/3 times a week

I play Poker and clookey !! nothing to energetic

nice days I go cycling a few miles , swim sometimes with the kids

i raced two-stroke karts for fifteen years fairly competively, raced at the same meetings as JB, his home track is a place called Clay Pigeon in Dorset, still like to race four-strokes good fun and still competitive, enjoy a bit of badminton and abit of fishing when i get a spare micro second
