The 925 mile RS2000 @ 0727 this morning is still on the hands of the owner. I know because he is a personal friend of mine and only went because i talked him into it! ( i brought my black RS from him. )
He received 2 offers. 1 from Ireland and 1 other both close to price.
To be honest, in his own words, "he would be sorry to see it sell", but if not successful it will "go back in the Carcoon and sit there for another 9 years"
Personally i hope he keeps it and shows it more because i think he was getting the bug again by the end of the day and was even talking about buying a red one that was offered to him. Here's hoping!!!

weldone to all the buftys who won aswell
Orange rs2000 on the track is "icky",its powered by a 205 bhp ht racing pinto .
Not much can keep up with him on the track.
Any pictures of this low mileage RS???? For those of us that couldn't make it??
Getting a MK6 RS2000 4X4 this sunday as an every day driver.Apparently Kel has one too?? And only 130 or so left of these cars out of 500 made.
Think i'll keep her in the garage for 20 years and sell her at donnington when the mk6 has its 30 year celebrations and make a tidy profit on the £2000 outlay!!
Some really great cars there, nice to Hems car, a real treat. PAU was also superb to see.
Nice to meet alot of peeps from here. Cheers to custom and the works team for the hot food Sat night.
all in all it was a great weekend
cheers Dave

My pleasure Kieran, nice to meet you. Met a few of the others from the board, but I don't know that many :-(
Thanks To Mark M for the welder. I am sure that will be fun to learn, lol
Good show, could of been more MK2's there tho, the white X-pack is surperb, and good to see RUD 1T again after 8 years or so that looked soo clean, I hope my black paintwork comes out that good, also liking the Carnival Red RS2000, mmm brings back memories.
Didn't buy anything there, a lot of overpriced crap, well some of it, hang on I tell a lie I bought a set of S1 RST wheels to put onthe RSI... its finally gone to its new home tonight..... time to crack on with the X-pack.
