Pi$$ed off so much Ive spent till 2.30 in the morning surfing the web looking for a solution ....well I aint found one(few pointers though). Been driving 20 years with no points or ban ever,This country stinks for the way the motorist is rinsed for car tax ,insurance, fines and so on.Revisited the site of my (aledged) offence this evening and there is one sign post stating 30mph, the ****ing thing can't be no bigger than a saucer. Oh nuts going to bed !

yes there is some progress on my original post..... i didnt go for the "i wasnt driving plea" as if proved otherwise its a harsher penalty as technically now committeed a criminal offence as opposed to speeding with is a summary offence.
i dont want to give to much away at this time but the advice arron give is well founded.
if you wish to know more drop me a pm

i am sending my reply to the feds today so now the game begins...... bring it on.......fingers crossed of course

Be very carefull I work for the Home Office on the Offender Monitoring Dept. and had to visit a guy recently who was sent to prison for 4 months then given 3 months curfew (electronic tag) for this very thing. If the police think you are pulling a scam they will pursue it to the end and they have the 'Bigger Balls' believe me!

This cause has been crusaded by the motorcycle fraternity, I heard about it from a 2 wheeler friend of mine and I will definitely use it the next time I get nicked for speeding (as this is a certaintity, not a possibility)
