cant decided weather to sell my RS shell and get a complete runnin mot'd track day car,fed up of not havin a an RS to drive and want to get out on the track in somthing RWD,my shell doesnt need much weldin doin to it but needs paint and most of the bits buyin for it,whilst the car ive seen is complete,mot,taxed,170 bhp pinto,lsd billies etc built for track day

Projects are alright for a while but they can drag on forever and it sounds like you'd be lucky to have yours going for next summer.

Buy the other one and keep your project with the, "I'll sell it again once I've finished the project", promise to the missus/bank manager.

Then you'll have a MK2 to play in and a wife who will be pushing you out the door into the garage instead of B&q to buy paint or someother DIY crap.

BTW got round to some DIY myself 2 weeks ago. The door spring thingy had a receipt in it from 1998. How's that for DIY avoidance.
