Had a great weekend marshalling, did 4 stages and was awake for over 48 hours solid.

i was told this car was a new ralloy preped car and it got smashed bigtime??



it was driven by a local guy but know ones said anymore about it here, any idea????

car 1 was all brand new running well until sat afternoon when he had a off. car 46 had a 2.4 duratec with a fiat shift seq g/box tat was going well until he had probs,eddie o,donnell had a rattle in his warrior engine,car 18 had a big off on the steps at calgary bay,duffy had a scare there as well but carried on to finish 2nd.gardiner in the red one also finished

I can fill you in on McGilvries car.I was at Roys (Ralloy) the week before Mull he was just finishing it off,I did think it may not have made it to the Rally as it was less than 7 days away and it hadn't turned a wheel when I saw it ,didn't have a dash in it or engine fired up.Everything was brand new,and I mean everything,Engine on throttle bodies,Atlas axle,Suspension,6 speed sequential box,body shell left hooker from Germany with all new Ralloy fabricated GRP4 bits.As always the preparation was imaculate (better than Prepfab) every little detail finished to perfection and a top class paint job.My guess would be £45k + .
Sounds like he has ****ed it on the first rally ?
