I am totally in the hands of Hi-Tech Motorsport rolling road !

I may have to get people to guess before it goes on the rollers !!

I hope for similar to previous engine - 175bhp

but it should be stronger so who knows ?

I had some metal bushes made to replace the RS rubber ones as belt does not need to be as tight and the rubber mounts can cause toothed belt to "bounce" off (thanks RSBOREHAM for that tip)

Very slight machining needed on water pump pulley as inner diameter did not "clear" water pump spincle enough

Alternator pulley is made with a small hole and has to be machined to suit larger Bosch type spindles

Other than that no problem at all

The idea is less tension is required on belt so less wear on pump and alternator bearings
