Got back from London this morning, to my surprise a package had arrived, the replacement starter motor from H & H, tried to fit it and bloody hell it wouldn,t fit !! thats two of the bloody things i now have, spoke to Phil, no probs he,s taking them both back, so ive decided a genuine Ford one is what i require ! should have stuck with plan A to start with.

Identical, you havent actually tried to put yours in a car yet have you ? only in a bell-housing away from the car. The thing just doesn,t fit !. So i,m gonna stick to one of Henry,s finest...........as it should be !!!!!!!!!

Mmmmm....i don't know what to think now....i best get my starter out and try it in a engine with the box on....
