Just think of all the BJ's she will have to give you to achieve the required drain down .
From a fellow Jaffa ,its no problem ,I'm a complete whimp when it comes to needles and that type of thing and I had it done about 7 years ago and didn't feel a thing.You will feel a bit of a "dick" though wearing the hammock for a couple of days.
