heads fine only a few dents did'nt think such a small bolt would do so much damage to the block

the bolt is the one which holds the airbox on, the block is 2.25mm oversize and yes it is the new one

Look on the bright side - I reckon with a vice, hammer and die you could rescue that bolt.
