Ive got to take all the interior black bits to the paint shop on Monday, have i missed anything ?? Handbrake, pedel box, 2 x pedals, seat bracketry, seat runners, anything else ??? or can you confirm thats it.

What about......
the seat belt anchor bolts and large spacer/washers (Female end)?
The other pedal........mine has three
(Unless yours is Auto?)
Jack & associated tools, might be worth having those done at the same time?
