    • It is the little things that take the most time up! Spent ages
positioning the catch tank and then drilling the holes in the inner wing, i
didn`t want to do incase it was wrong, so it was more thinking time than
      anything else!
What car in the back ground? The red shed? hahaha
Its a higher quality pic thats all bob, same camera, but the pics
throughout the resto have been taken on 4 different cameras... thats how
      long its took me!
Just come in for dinner, back out after to remove a snapped in bleed
nipple in the back callipers... why didn`t i check them before they went on?? :cwm10:

      • Just a few pics to show you all i`m not slacking!!
Still have`nt got the bleeding bleed nipple out of the calliper... bought a
stud extractor and it ate it for breakfast!! So the drivers side calliper is back off... But all the pipes are there for them now...

          • The car was painted before i got them Kev so i had to fit them after the
paint job, so they need painting yellow again!
I know i should have got them before it was painted... Silly Boy! :laughing6:

              • Just a couple of pics here... nothing major... but like i said before its the
little thing that take all the time!!

Bumper on... Seems wied seeing the car WITH a bumper now :laughing6:

Center console in... spent ages on this, making it fit with the big tunnel in,
and positioning the switches in it... still more work to do on it!!

                  • I`ll put some spring washers on then if you think thats the case Paul...
The thread is a funny one as its threaded through the axel too, so i dont
have any spare nuts to put on...
Would imagine spring wahers will do the trick, yeah?

                      • or you could wire lock them............drill little 1mm hole through the corner of each nut , you will need to buy proper lock wire and a pair of locking pliers, but you should be able to get a set for £25, the you could go mad and do the whole car.......

                        • I think i`ll lock them up Lee... a little easier!! :laughing6:
Been busy since last pics.... But not much to show for it... as usual!!
Full exhaust is now mounted on.
Handbrake cable has been modded and is ready to fit.
But this has been my work place for longer than i care to remeber now!!
                          Bloody wiring!
Oh yeah and you`ll probably notice the n/s inner arch is all black and smokey... Had to cut it back out and re-weld it... Had a few problems with clearance when the wheel was turned left... it was catching!!!
So cut it out and made more room, so the inside and under the arch needs painting again now... i`ll never be ready for Cumbria at this rate!!
