Well finally got the wheel studs fitted and solid ,,wheels on and on to the next bit

So, what did you do Alan to overcome the problem?

Welded them in ,,,,

Made a start on the floor today,,,took out the original rubber mats and happy to find no nasty supprises,,

Bit of a buff down with a wire wheel and a coat of primer prior to a few rattel cans of red top coat and then new rubber matting

Todays little period addition ,,,Had this sat in a drawer for years

Yes its buggered but bought a set of wheels that are on the car now so now have 4 spares

Will go as far as I can till the money tree drys up , ,

Fit my sun strip ,,been in thr drawer for umpteen years

Fit a new dash ,,looks ok so far

Floors cleaned ,primed and repainted in body colour,, New mats fitted

[alancdavis]

Next job sort the wiring out

Wiring sorted ,New fuse box fitted ,new battery isolater fitted ,Had a go at a home made switch panel and fit all new switches,,,now I need to relocate the switches for the lights,,wipers and heater whitch by the way are all broken ,,
