Axle off, I thought it would put up a fight, but it wasn’t too bad.

Time to repair the inner edge of the wheel housing.

    Finally got a wheel well

I've got a few big piles of parts, but still no car

but its finally starting to get some new metal

Sill closing panel was a bit squashed, so made a new bit and welded it in.

Using the whole lower quarter repair panel to remove as much rot as possible.

but it takes a fair bit of fettling.

    Getting in to the arch.

Tacking it all in to place.

Starting to look like a quarter panel

Correct looking Centre caps are a must.
Try these for size, with some paint and a sticker

This is a finished listing, just as an example, keep your eyes open and you'll get some in reasonable condition.
I'll keep my eyes open for them

Mind you black centre caps for steels might be hard to come by unless you've already got them!
Unfortunately not, I have heard they are quite rare, hopefully a set will turn up!
