Will be watching this one Wayne, nice to see whoever did the rear arch repairs kept it to a minimum rather than putting the whole arch on half way up the quarter panel, common mistake that so many make when doing them.

If you want it, get it, before someone else beats you to it.

The car has a lot of hidden nasties, including some accident damage to n/s a post/ bulkhead

Had it on the jig today and ns front chassis has been tweeked slightly, biggest problem is the bulkhead damage, going to have to be changed!

Instead of letting in repair sections ive decided to replace complete panels, cut out all the old tin, to make sure she lasts.

Its worse than it looks in pictures

A lot of the bulkhead damage and inner wing damage was filled over carefully, to hide it.

Also the floor had filler in and thick black underseal to hide the dodgy repairs.
Next step is to start bracing the shell and make some smaller jigs to locate key points during repairs, instead of staying on larger jig, and gather an extensive panel list.

Engine block was bored today for fresh pistons, ill try find a day to put the engine together soon

Should be able to sort panels tomorrow, short of roof skin and lower bulkhead

                      If anyone has good one!

a bit of a nasty find however I'm sure it will be done properly.

Yes this harrier is intense, but will use it as practice for one of the others that is a basket case!

N/s chassis rail has gone over about 4-6 mm and creased bulkhead :-(
But when removed the replacement will go in correctly.

Its been a while since i did anything for myself so keen to get stuck into this.
