Trial fit door before welding on the A post.and once welded on i cut the sill off

N/S sill was todays job
What is the difficulty in making decent mass produced panels?
This gap is just how both panels have fitted together
And had to cut the A-post panel to mate up to the inner sill,there was no angle on the panels at all

Which makes it look like a real car again
