I managed to get the corner sorted out today

With help from my special calibrated block of wood

New piece gripped up

And welded

Cutting more holes in it today


But then i filled it in with new parts

Got the remaining inner wing off this morning


And this afternoon collected my bootfloor from the shot blasters

Removed a section of the O/S chassis leg and took it to a local fabricatiors to make me a new one

And also removed the bubble and shot blasted underneath it

Obviously got the pics wrong way round

No work on the car today for a change, but i did pick up my chassis leg

Some penetration stuart hall would be proud of

After five days welding up a vauxhall VX4-90 i finally got back on this thing

Got the N/S bulkhead finished and inner wing fully welded in place

Trial fit of bubble after sorting out the bulkhead

Finishing touches on the N/S inner wing

And O/S chassis leg welded into place using a car-o-liner data sheet to get the measurements correct

Excuse the mess in the background, had to empty the other garage for something

Off to SD developments again next week for some more bits
