After you've cut the excess away from the wheel arch tub have you welded around the full circumference joining the tub to the rear quarter panel?

Also, will you be applying any sealant to the joint afterwards?

No i haven't done anymore welding to them, stiching i perfectly fine for them! And yes after primer i will seal the welded join

School boy error made this week in not checking the mig wire i have run out after only 7 tacks today
But anyway i got the 4 link boxes marked out and cut

Looking good, I cant say anything about running out of mig wire, I did the exact same thing yesterday

Now i have a new roll of mig wire i can continue.
So i finished the four link boxes

Managed to get one side seat rail welded in this morning

Then more problems, my mig started to smoke then died

Finished bare metalling the inside, both sides

And filler work under bonnet started
