        • looking at what u have done to the car so far i would not call that clean and useable, i would be frightend to take it out in case i scratched it or got it dirty, that car belongs at a show imho, i assumed it was going to be a show car, not a track day car or a car to be used, thats why i said the brake pipes were wrong, if i had realised it was going to be a competition car i wouldn't have said anything because cars like that are more functional than pretty, i've been down the concourse route along time ago and wouldn't do it again, i class my car as a tidy usable car which has shinny bits in the engine bay, nice interiour and exteriour but the underneath is plasterd in underseal, and yours is to good to be treated the way you intend to imho.

p.s you can't tell me that you haven't walked around a show and not pointed something out and had a chuckel at what someone has done to their car, or in some extreme cases said wtf, but as you said quite rightly so, that car is their prode and joy.

The only time the car will be "on show" is when it is on a club stand .

As long as i own the car it will never be a concours car

The only time i comment on a car at a show is when someone has done something stupid to it like put big daft spoilers on it . never do i say ooh look at that ,that should have a black clip not a white one and that pipe is angled at 37.2 degrees when it should be 44.6 degrees .

I do know you were only being helpful and trying to put right what is wrong , so your comments are very welcome as the next thing i do wrong i might want to put right once its been pointed out to me

The rear pipe goes between the servo tower and the o/s inner wing by the way ( on ALL of my RS2000's)
                    Cheers Rob.
