My latest project

Inspired by some of the home builds on here I decided to do another project, so I got myself an RS logbook on Ebay for 99p and set to, it's amazing the parts you can find on the bay and pretty soon the car was assembled.

I decided against the concours standard build and went modified, I'm pretty sure it won't look out of place at Ford Fair and I've sent my form away to rejoin the RSOC

Looking forward to getting out and about to some shows in Summer

Looks like the typical 2nd hand car of the deal from the 80's, two welded together to made one! You can only just see the join.

Don't look too hard son when you do my valuation, I'm hoping for 5 figures as it is 'mint' ...... I'm sure that's the word to describe it.

Tim, I've already had a few calls asking me if its for sale as they have been looking for one for ages to keep as they had one when they were young and they have no intention of ever selling it at a profit.

That's my 'blue stripe' , its still got the factory Ford air in the tyres, I admit it does need a bit of t-cut but I don't want to lose its originality, its all about originality with 'blue stripes'

Lol, that factory fresh Ford tyre air will fetch you a fortune on fleece bay mate .
I would nurse those blue stripes too if it were mine, priceless they are, priceless.
