Seeing these pictures has really inspired me to sort mine out as I'd lost a bit of interest of late ! It's Been mot'able for 3 weeks now but I'd not even insured it let alone booked it in for test ! But saw these pics yesterday and it gave me kick up arse and its all insured now and hopefully mot this weekend .

Just read through this resto thread. What a stunning car. Well done.

I also had an early 1972 1300 Sport, in white, CUR 326 K. I loved that car, broke my heart when I sold her. But I bought a Mk2 RS Mexico instead! Still got her!!!

My 1300 Sport had as standard the "pod" rev counter, black cloth seats, black carpet and AM/FM push button radio. I suppose the first owner ticked all the options!
