      • Got a bit more done, I bought some half floors from ex-pressed panels a while ago but since then the new one piece floors have come out & since the floors & inner sills on the sport are a mess I took the plunge & bought one of those instead
        Heres some scary pics of it now I've cut the floor out




        Fortunately the cage is doing its job keeping everything in place, nothing has moved or twisted which is a relief!!


        cover sills have been welded over the originals in the past, full of rust, I've left these in place for now to line up the new floor with.


        Floors needed to come out, rotten inner sills have been plated over.

              That's similar to what mine needs new floor sills and chassis

              but put it off for a bit while i do a quick more door project

              and still cant decide weather to do it or sell and get a better shell

                    Expensive but good fit also it was a job I wasn't looking forward to do but wasn't to bad

                      • I've been cleaning up the edges, put holes in & trial fitted/clamped the new floor in place, also a trial fit of the chassis rails to make sure everything is in the right place. Good news is its a perfect fit, very pleased with the quality of these panels, next job is to make a start welding it in!
