here we go, just went and bought myself a MKII escort 16 sport for rebuild . i got it of a friend he has had it for the last 8 years and he got it of his pal and the pal had it for 4 years . the car comes with 2ltr 16v xe engine and has throttle bodies on it, with a t 5 cosworth box with a 5 link back end and limited split diff fitted, new coil overs all over, minted doors, boot lid and a not so good bonnet lol as you will see from pics the car has other arches on it i done no if i am going to keep them on it or change them to forest arches

That's the car John I tried to buy that car alot of years ago Then he sold it to his mate . Now I have her it g ping to take time and alot of £££ to put it right

got the doors bonnet and boot lid back today hop to have the car back on Saturday then it's all hands on board to get it up and running :thanks:

I know of a chap who restored a motocross bike in his bedroom and couldn't get it out after......don't fancy your chances if your doing the escort in there m8
