Dipping is a great process,its just they can't get all the acid back out!!!!!!!
And the weight of the acid pops in a mk2 roof!

Do not get it dipped!!!!!!!

as darren said it's a good job if done right...but if acid is left behind in the washout then it will come back a eat the panels alive

arrr...but thats the thing it wasnt...it was made to look mint when i got it had been hit in the front and had another wing fitted and half of a front panel....and it had 2 rust holes in the floor...these where done when i had the mex wings put on with the new front panel.....it also had bad doors hence why i put nos doors on it and it also had a tap up the back that was metal finished....so not such a mint shell after all.....

Mint compared to alot of cars when stripped though Paul given there age, as frosty says dont paint green or amber
