Rob, your right about the "studs", when i undid the original bolts one snapped, so i had it drilled out, they are just a couple of pieces of thread to protect the holes from the camcoat treatment. I have two new bolts from Fords, and Ders hopefully still has the correct washers for me. Not sure about the Gearbox bolts, your probably right,

Gizmo, quite a bit was new old stock parts, however because the car has only done 57k alot of the bits just needed some tlc, all cables are gen Ford, all bushes all gen Ford, all clips have been replaced, all suspension has been built to GP1 spec, in excess of 60 separate powder-coated parts, the list is endless, but i hope worthwhile, the engine has been rebuilt, the gearbox and diff have been rebuilt, every single nut and bolt has been re-passivated etc etc, i hope this helps !!
