all i can say is when i changed my mk and couldnt go back, after about a week i was totally gutted, think long and hard alan, its a cracking looking car as is

Leave it standard, they are pretty rare in that kind of condition, you'd be mad to butcher that one

Or of course, you could spend 2 or 3 grand on it that it just doesn't need, and it won't be worth any more when you've finished.
