  • RAX 83F Rebuild

I've owned this car since 1992, bought it as a project when I was 16 as my 1st car & got it back on the road & was my daily driver for a few years, other cars have been & gone but I've always kept this one. It was used in the film 'Guest House Paradiso' in 1998. It started out as a June '68 1300 Deluxe export model (sorry its not an RS!) & still has its compression strut front suspension & is now running a 1600 xflow. Its started to bubble up again in a few places & paint is microblistering so I've decided to rebuild it again. Heres a few pics, Hope I'm not boring you all Stu.

As Aled says love the colour.

Was this car featured in Classic Ford or Retro Ford about three years ago?

Cheers, its the original colour, lagoon blue which I'll be keeping, It will hopefully look pretty much the same when I've done it, just giving it a freshen up. I'll keep updating the thread.
