  • Rs1800 replica

As some of you know from a previous post, I am going to build up an rs1800 replica.
The car will be good not concourse, as I plan to use it as often as possible, including going to work and back in the summer.

It hopefully will look like an 18 but have some drive train and suspension mods.

I'd like the shell to be as close to an 18 as possible, so any tips and help would be appreciated.

This will be an 18 month thing due to finishing off another car at moment.

The shell is a 1976 aussie shell that looks worse than it is, bear with me as I start the journey.

I will keep pics coming as often as possible.

                  White is the colour

removed paint using nitromors and elbow grease, onain panels as a friend of mine said he would gently blast the rest. I didn't want to distort main panels.

                  Back from blasting!
