exhaust now fitted (after a lot of fabrication work!!!) and secure, brakes bled, underside touched up with underseal, and full spanner check from the bellhousing back.
just the rear wheel studs to shorten, and on with the rear wheels and hopefully back on to the floor for the first time in years

as i am not going to use Gp4 type wheels i spent a few hours last night cutting down the extended wheel studs ready to start fiting wheels.
i am using a very thin spacer on the rear for clearance purposes with the 6" rims.






think frosties ditch finders look quite well on the car

and finally after a quick clean up / wipe over some pics of the rear end (note :brake lines to be changed for flexibles)









today i will (at last) drop the car onto its wheels, for the first time in a few years i hasten to add, then attention turns to some engine / timing detail and maybe by the weekend...................................
