Are the link brackets on the axle on upside down? Or are mine?? Think mine are the long part down You might have me a bit worried now

The link brackets on Grahams axle are not positioned in what would traditionally be thought of as the 'normal' manner...in other words they are indeed upside down. They'll still work, it just means that there'll be less upward travel available before the top link bar hits the ceiling of the body box...shouldn't be a problem on a road/trackday car provided it ain't lowered too far.
