Not quite the quality of Dons Twincam basket case, but it is a good 'un all the same.
I have known about this Cortina for about 15 years now. When I first spied it, it was in a garage with knackered doors. Back then it might have been saveable.
When the garage fell down 10 years ago, I offered the guy, (a farmer!), £50 for it. I was working on the theory that it would have a 4.4:1 diff, and that would be worth having. Obviously, being a farmer, he thought it was better to let it rot, and it is still there now. Shame really, quite a rare car.
