Well, i've eventually got the bottom end back this afternoon, all looks ok so on with the build.

hoping to get it all together by monday but i found the 205 block has a threded hole on o/s for a oil drain, anybody know if this is a std 205 thing or has sombody had it drilled out?

Well, had a fairly good weekend so far, engine assembled and in, still got to wire up starter, radiator & pipes.
steering & Adj. control arms need adjusting as there's way too much camber.

seats still not ready, may fit a couple of milk crates...

Well, went back to the beast...

got most of it stripped down, just need a long reach allen key to get to the rear sump bolts...

got a big air line comming tomorrow morning off a friend and then on the phone again to Dave

                            IT'S ALIVE!!!!!!!!

got it all plumbed in and primed. thought i'd give it a go & it started first time... only ran it for a few seconds but it's a great boost.

gonna go back tomorrow & check over everything and get a few minor bits tidy'd up.

                                Well.

it runs fine, really pulls well, But the rear crank oil seal has decided to spring a little leak!

not a lot but enough to worry. no time to fix it now as i've been at it all day again today and everythings in, on and done (except my new seats).

dilema is do i take a steady drive up and regular stops to check the oil or think F**k it and stay at home???
