  • a real basket case !!

    i found this a few years ago in a barn under a leaking roof she was a gen twink aswell but as you can all see she was a bit to far gone



    dont think it would of pasted a mot with out at least 2 / 3 good days work on it

          if you look at the dash n/s there are 3 stickers that said lombard rac 1982 / 83 / 84 poss was in that ? and to be honest most of the bits where bent / twisted / rotten etc etc etc not a pretty thing to see somthing as nice as a mk1 twink get in this state , the idiot who had put it in the garage where it was left thought his triumph dolly and spitfire was worth more so put the twink under the hole :winka:

                    That is the worst condition MK1 I've seen, I noticed that the keys were still in it I think that your oppertunist tea leaf may have a job nicking that though
                    There is a MK1 cortina estate in very similar condition (maybe a little better) round the corner from me. T'was in a garage that fell down round the car years ago

                        I try to look on the bright side....it has got all it's period bits!
