Got the car home and have started building it up slowly only getting a couple of hours here and there.









Started putting a few bits in some wiring, heater box, pedal box.




The job i have been dreading.....the headlining

Finally a wee update got the head lining and glass in at last. Must have spent over 20 hours in total trying to get it right think i have done no too bad for 1st attempt No creases or ripples so am happy with that















The pictures show up the yellow behind the head lining but it aint as bad as it looks when sitting inside it. Still a wee bit of tidying to do round the b post.
Now try work out what job to do next!

Managed another few hours at the escort got the rear end all painted and fitted up also freshened up engine and gearbox and fitted also. excuse crappy phone pics forgot to lift the camera

Small update changed the old fuse box for a new 8 way blade type fuse box.
Connected up the battery and everything still works and no smoke

Had small issue with tell tale for l/h indicator not working found this on back of clocks.


Wiring almost all done now got a few boxes of parts to fit now willupdate soon
