It's pretty close to the late Zakspeed cars outside (although the front spoiler is of an earlier style (73) than the 1974 / 75 car it's styled after as I couldn't get one and haven't got around to making one yet)

Yes i have just sold rolling shell rs1600.the new car will be hopefully closer to a zakspeed replica with full f.i.a.passport . we are trying to build car with as many new parts as possible - mint gartrac mk 1 shell- new wilcox bdg - rieger dampers - zf 5 speed box -air craft spec loom - atlas fully floating axle - ap monte carlo brakes etc etc.hope to have the car ready for testing in the spring and race ready for april will try and keep you up to date as we go alongComment

Am sure in period Gp2 had passenger seat (although very small!) and some interior trim. Certainly had to keep window mechs, door cards dash etc standard. I looked at the blue ex Finotto car which was (is?) for sale and it had very different 'A' frame rear suspension, but what wasn't clear is if that was original or fitted later on in it's life. I know Zak front suspension was more trick than mine, and used specially fabricated tcas etc. Front spoilers seem to have changed almost from race to race, although arches (which were from Broadspeed originally) stayed same. My car has the Fibresports spoiler which is similar to 1973 cars, but am trying to make a later style which seemed to be formed from 3 flat sheets of something.
