        Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, May have bitten off more than I can chew here LOL "Still" stripping the underside of paint which I said I would never do again as I hate that job SOOOOOOO much!!!!! Going back to bare metal as well. Only 3 1/2 weeks to go till the NEC.

            what tools and products are you using to get it back to bare metal kev???

              kev, there are easier ways to strip the paint from the underside.

              why not just take the car back up to Donington for a few laps....

                So far, using Wire wheels on a drill (Various) Soaked in thinners when they get clogged up then blown through with an airline Flat blade screwdrivers for the hard to reach spots, Diesel and a stiff brush, More thinners. Copious ammounts of shower gel "Did" have a roll over jig untill I sold it to Rodders a couple of months ago......

                            This is exactly why i wont use mine in the rain etc...I only want to do mine just the once , you did yours a few years back used it and now you want to do it again

                            People may call you gay and a puff etc for not using it in the wet , but just think how hard it is to get it clean again

                              Kev I was working on mine all last winter, which was only stripping down then repainting the back axle and rear suspension. Winters only around the corner so you need to give yourself more time and not make it a miserable job because of deadlines.
