You can't beat an orange one . What's the plans then , standard or modded ? Sticking with the pinto or going more exotic ?

It will be resprayed in original colour, I want it looking as standard as possible , although ti will have uprated suspension , a 2.1 pinto and 7 inch minilites etc etc

Heres a quick update, got a trolley jack and some axle stands so made a start at stripping the sealer off at the front.
Unvieled quite a bit more cancer than was first thought
However its all part of the fun .
Had a look at some of the history that came with the car and it says it had a full inside and out respray in 2005
Don`t know where it had been kept.
Anyway here are the pics for now

                Will keep em coming

bulkhead and bulkhead top both shot , as is gearbox tunnel , splash panels , hinge posts ,.

Going to have to source a bulkhead and top or else bit the bullet and get them from expressed at 840 quid plus vat for them both gulp

I managed to remove one of the rear arch repair panels today to reveal this !!!!

I thought you were meant to remove the old metal before fitting a new bit !!!, Nevermind something else to be fixed

Tank well and new inner arches required too

On a more pleasant note i got this nice bench dropped off today from my work.
They were going to be putting in the scrap skip !!!!!

Thats about as far as i can go for now till i get some panels ordered and a welder organised
