Prepared for the concrete and drainage in


Concrete being poured and complete



Framework going up



Cladding and roofing going on



Guys will be back on tuesday to finish off the roof and guttering and trims and to hang the roller doors

Yeah the kit is so easy to put up and a fraction of the price of a brick one too !!.
All in - kit , concrete , drainage , installation 7700 quid.
Its 30 mtr2 so great price i thought

I`ve got myself a big can of heavy duty floor paint so a few coats of that should be good. I go back offshore next friday so when the guys finish on tuesday i will paint it then and close the doors so it will have a few weeks to harden

do these suffer from condensation, i have seen a lot of single skin roofs like that wet through.
or is this treated/double skinned ?

No its got some kind of coating on it and the panels are also insulated on the inside

I know the feeling I'm building a new house at the moment and the garage is going to be around 7 x 6 but I'm not sure if it'll be two small. I want to be able to get two escorts into it along with a bit of space for a workbench and tools etc, I've already changed the size twice so the architect isn't too happy

Well folks here it is the garage is finished !!



Managed to get the floor painted this afternoon



Just got to get the power and lights done , workbench and toolbox in then its MK2 time !!!!
