Just to keep Hally quiet I decided to move things forward and took the shell to be plastic blasted and primed today, off on my hols soon so wont see it for a couple of weeks...

If Oggies plan comes off tho I will have something new to play with shortly, with a Ford oval on the front

Sons, picking up where we left off, popped into the media blasters today, shell has been plastic blasted and getting etch primed this afternoon, looks really well in totally bare steel, few dings and dents from 30 years dry storage but no rust at all.

Hopefully get on with final prep and paint in the next couple of weeks.

Starting the final push on the bodywork, full shell after plastic media blast was etch primed, all the small dints and marks from 30 years storage have been highlighted, now its a case of going round and getting rid of each and every one, doing a lot of this myself guided by the lads in the bodyshop , then its prep for paint and decide on a final colour
