What are the "blue things" wrapped around the rear dampers tho, not seen them before??

seat coming back out to paint that runner,had 2 use a old runner when installing them+forgot 2 paint it,the others are all done,to much rush+no enough hurry
the blue things are universal shock gaiters i got on the bay,think theyre for a ducati!

he is based in newtonmore on the a9,very reasonable price+sound to deal with,he did the mk1 as well for me,i supplyed all the cloth,he does retrim inleather any colour as well,lad with a beige rs uphere got his done+its very nice indeed,ali nomie got his interior done there as well+he is well chuffed with it

finally got some time to get some work done on the rs this week,all work underneath now done apart from a new caliper that i fitted 6 month ago has seized nowso will need a stripdown+clean upall under bonnet pipes etc now all sorted except for speedo cables+screen washer pipes to run +fit,hope to get her finished at end on jan when i get home again











fitted a plate type slipper to the mk1 as well-happy days

some progress on the mk2 at long last,jems 2.1 now fitted


interior retrimmed+refitted also

polished rs alloys fitted instead of supa lites

lsd+decambered springs+shocks +new pipes+cables all refitted

just a snagging list of 12 wee jobs to do now,they are usually what take longest,hopefully finished by xmas

Are you rear shocks upside down. I thought Billys had the outer sleeve to the top.
Still a great looking car.
