This is no joke! I know someone 40 years ago that cemented his chassis rails up on his VW Beetle, which sailed through the mot.......solid as a rock it was!.....but please don't do it!!!!!!!!

Not far wrong ther steve, its covered in a layer of sealer from chassis rails to sills, any ideas the best method of shifting the damned stuff.
Hilly wanted an addition to front end, something to do with track days and folks in the road, not sure on colour yet!!!
Had to modify spit as was used on a flat front before, and bob didnt want nose removed, hopefully will do both now. more progress next weekend.

try using a tool called an mbx wheel they sell them from any good tool shop or paint facter, its a wire wheel on steroids very effective air tool, would recommend gloves and glasses,thats one way for yer boys if yer get stuck yer can bora mine....
do you what some flaps grum easy to make take 2 SCANIA mudflaps and a bread knife cut both flaps in too and screw each half to the xpack arches SORTED !! I now i made them

Bodge it and scarper been at it again, managed to remove all sealant on friday night, borrowed one of them mbx wheels but found air comp could not keep up, so resorted to good old twisted knot wire wheel! did the trick.
Got passenger side floor cut out and bodged back in while bob was stripping front struts and cleaning.
