About time i put a thread up on here,too busy looking and reading everyone elses.
i bought the car with most panels been replaced so the shell is in excellent condition.
the car will be having a cosworth engine fitted into it,got used to the power with owning them for over 13 years,so i could not have anything other than that engine.
i wanted the car to have the normal mods to it to handle the power etc....so with a lot of asking about about the cost,bits,fitting etc...i ended up buying 99% of the parts needed form Phil and Mick at RACE,excellent parts and excellent lads for info etc....
i then needed someone to fit them.....and with the help of Ickey and Kev off Turbosport,i got in touch with Paul, an ex-gartrac employee , after talking to him about the mods etc....he is now going prep the shell to grp.4 spec and going to fit all the parts i bought it.
here are a good few pics of the car and the parts bought that are going to be fitted...not sure when though.

but the project started a while back.
well the car went into my mate Neils bodyshop, he has done a bit to it but been busy with other cars and i did tell him not to finish it just yet as i have the escort cosworth in the garage that i have to break because of someone pulling out on me.
at least i now have a 500+ bhp motor to put straight in with water injection and all the modded fuel pump set up.
