some more news was looking at a rebuild taking place on a old landrover today and the owner came out we got talking and i told him about NUB he said his mate used to have a white x pax so i gave him a call and yes youve guessed it he owned NUB in the early 90s so he is going to pop over and give me some paper work and photos he also has a set of tyres that he bought for her small world or what

as you know nub went bang last night so i took the axle off today to see the damage and this is what i found (axle off as no room in the garage)

Bad luck Andy but at least it's a pretty easy fix onwards mate, you'll always be fixing or modding it so best get used to it (got to go to the garage tomorrow to drop the box out of mine - no gears - fingers crossed it's not too serious)
