Finally got round to doing a bit on the car so getting the car on the spit this afternoon, so removing the axle, steering rack, struts etc. .

Should be ready for The Olympics 2012

I'll post some more pics as I go along

I wish Plenty of time over the winter to get the job done

Here's the front brackets to hold the car on the spit. Scott fabricated them to bolt onto the chassis so should give a neat fit once on. remainder of the box section is being done now

              Cheers

2 Months later and finally it's on the spit.

Hopefully we can now get the underside blasted off and look to repair the bits that need done before it's time to put some pent on her

At this rate it will be ready for 2011
                            Cheers

Sent some bits off to be blasted. The Alloy bits were Beadblasted and the Metal Bits were Shotblasted. Will now get the alloy bits painted then lacquered to help keep them clean and the metal bits will get etch primed then painted Satin Black

Parts were done locally to me and he only charged £70 to do all the bits on show. Will be taking as many bits as possible to him to sort as his work is excellent for the cost

                                Cheers
