rs 2000 resto

started work on this black rs in febuary for a chap that lives near me , he coulldnt get any one to take on the job so i said i would have a look. car is pretty solid but so far i`ve replaced the lower rear valance, top& bottom crners of the boot frame n/s lower window corner. has had a few dodgy repairs around wich i am working through , n/s wing rail & inner wing ,new front vallance heater bubble ,small hole in corner of sill, o/s door skin. should keep me busy !!! dont know if anyone knows any hitory of the car its an rs2000 custom in black reg WJY280V think it was bought from vospers of plymouth. oh & he has also got a mint mk2 estate & mk2 xr2 & Wait 4 it a genuine mk1 rs1600 !!! he wnts to get the rs finished this year if poss ,then a full on resto on the mk1 next year. will put some pics on when i get chance

JY is an Exeter reg so could well have been a Vospers car
