Finally managed to start a bit of a makeover on mine, after getting power wired up to my garage.
First up stripped out interior and its on axle stands to do work on the floor.

A bit of surface rust, and a few plates in her 32 years





lol anyone want a home-made "acoustic" shelf for a mk2? Its actually made quite good

Yes off to trimmers tomorrow Aled, Black leather, and door panels.
Other plans are,
Get floor down to metal and paint underneath
new carpet, got a few bits and bobs kindly tucked away for me by GJ and also GR
New front struts, Brakes and disks, new rad, maybe a brake bias if I can and new exhaust.
Got to do the seals on my gearbox too

Interior for sale Gra?, didn't have much luck with the trimmers today, may be interested if it is

Inner arch taken down to bare metal, I re-seam sealed, not the prettiest, but, I like to make sure, put primer on for now to help stop surface rust before it gets more paint
