New Shell Droped Off To Us

from what i can make out the americans where using the dipping process but they have nearly all returned back to plastic media blasting .
they maybe loud and brash but if plastic media blasting is good enough for them its good enough for me
plus i have heard some real horror stories of panel damage ocuring with some dipping firms bad enough you have to restore you car but to put damage inflicted by a supposedly reputable firms is sickening.

the process looks to us to be first class, it removes everything and i meen everything , i will say the e-coating they put on is like concrete so hard that a scotchbrite pad will not even key it up you have to key it up with flatting paper , this is obviously a good thing.
they did damage the roof thou , some forein **** probably sat on it to have his tea break , but apart from that no realy big damage ,
if i was being realy picky i would like the shells to be on some kind of tilter
so there is NO doubt of any air traps ,
the nice thing is ANYWHERE you touch inside the sills ,chassis rails seat boxes etc, etc etc it is covered with a smooth coating of e-coat

my mates sunbeam had a dented roof too,would have thought they'd have got around that problem by now i think the cheap eastern european workforce aint too carefull either,just a lump of metal to them.
