been doing a bit on it today, because the car is already turreted it made it a bit difficult to put a complete tub in there so i along with the guy that is giving me a hand and advice made the tubs ourselfs and then cut them in half to insert either side of the turret boxes.they are being tig welded tomorrow for me ready(fingers crossed)to fit on monday which will hopefully see this side finished.it seems to be taking along time but as said i have never done this before but am loving it tbh.

well been at it again today for a bit,cut the o/s/r out proper, bloody hell there is a big hole ther now,had some sheet metal rolled(1.5mm) for the tub and the back of the tub is in 2mm think sheet.never done this before and was a bit scarey to say the least chopping big chunks out of the car ,hopefully should get the tub inserted in to place by new years eve,i ve made it hard for myself by not tubbing it when i turreted it a few years ago tbh but live and learn its getting there.the tubs measure roughly 18-19" in diameter for clearanceso i can fir some spinners on at a later date if needed(i no taff loves the spinners)a few pics of the holes.
am sort of glad to have done this as well because the rot that was in there and the shite repairs that had been carried out have now gone as well
