well im still cracking on with this and there still maybe a chance of the lakes although very slim and looking at the state of it now you would never think it has a chance lol.well the trouser section of the manifold came back from martin reyland's thursday.now fitted the manifold, external tal wastegate most of the exhaust system is on.today i got the oil pressure fittings on so thats done and plumbed in the oil feed pipe to the turbo with inline turbo filter, the 5 holes in the bulkhead are for the vacume pipes from the inlet plenium.finished the roll cage in the boot along with the fillets for the fire wall and welded the tank stand in place.im not using the metal straps that came with the tank so i thought i would use ratchet straps so we made up some hooks to attach these to and welded them to the stand.more reports and pics in the week i would think as it has to be done ready to go to owen developments for the motec and mapping etc
the last one is stuart(sdp vehicle developments) wanting to knock the dents out of it the buggerLast edited by RS2000CUSTOM; 20-04-2008, 13:59.
