This is my mates MK2 resto, Andy sold his mint MK1 RS2 at the first Lakes Tour on the Sunday afternoon , on the following Tuesday I found him this and he has been at it ever since. He isn't much for posting pics but he does like a grinder , car is now in base coat waiting for lacquer but he's ****ed off for a fortnights holiday ........

Nipped down to give Andy his rallyesportescorts calender and catch up with progress, car is now fully painted diamond white (vinyl roof is masked off) and got to say its a cracking job , he is a paint gun and grinder black belt 4th dan . Has all the satin black to do yet but told him that can wait until he's painted underside of mine .
