Right then lads, what a feckin day iv had.....

1st of had a wee day off the day and thought id get plenty done to the cage (finish painting cab!)....

So get all my gear ready and plumbs up my touch up spray guy and the ****er is gubbed! after much cleaning and footering oh and swearing it still didnt want to play ...

heres the one I had....only cost about £8 a few year ago so its paid itself I suppose...ideal for doin the cage etc...


So off I went into town to get another one...machine mart didnt have that one in stock but had a dearer equivelent!...ideal I thought...so £23 odds later im goin home with this fancy new one....gets home and orginised with the paint and that ****er dont work either!!!! ...sooooo back into town and after complaining etc etc I ordered up the good old £8 one however im mad keen to get this cab painted today so bought this to give it a go....



Worked a treat!...about £20 odd and its ideal!




So thats the cab all sorted...again!...got some stuff to collect from RACE and Ralloy this week and then its just a case of fitting all the new gear...thank ****!...long time coming! lol

been doing some work too mines got some new suspenion parts this week so will need to get it together .

Yeah mate fair trek but my dad tieing it in with work so he will go see the lads and hopefully Paula at Ralloy...still got a fair bit to get from them

bluevan: LOL Davie its the cheapo gun thats the good one mate, bought one at double the price and it was jobby! ....so ended up buying that bigger gun to get some done over weekend...collect the good cheap plastic touch up guns on monday gettin two of em as there only £8...work a treat just for the bars on cage.

Just a small update, painted all the floor in the cab at the weekend and went over the cage and dash etc...so now im going to leave it for a few days and let it all harden. Then it will be fit the door windows I think next.

Well went a bit mad the other week and order a load of goodies for the mk2 and went down to Demon tweeks yesterday to collect them....4am start thn down to Stke to see the lads in R.A.C.E for some headlights, bowls, and the polycard windows I ****ed with offspray...and some spares for the mk1's.
Then across to the tweeks for a selection of well needed goodies to finish off the inside of AFX...


Hopefully get some snapshots of all this gear getting fitted in the next few weeks!...not long now!

Well then got a shift in on the car today...

Cleaned up the loom etc ready to fit...

Tackled the rear bumper...



new bolts and brackets....


turns out the brackets were no use tho!!!!

so made my own...


Rear bumber measured up for number plate lights....


Got them cut out and fitted, also fitted rear lights and half of wiring loom now in!
